Shipping policy

All orders are packed with care and shipped from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post.

 

Australia

Standard shipping: $11 AUD — typically 2–8 business days depending on your location. Free on orders over $100 AUD.

Express shipping: $15 AUD — typically 1–4 business days.

 

International

Standard international: $20 AUD — typically 6–25 business days depending on destination. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during busy periods.

 

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, email createdbythecreator.co@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it up with Australia Post. Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we can't recover parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
