Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it — here's how it works.

 

Change of mind: You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email createdbythecreator.co@gmail.com with your order number. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost — we recommend tracked postage, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs aren't refunded for change-of-mind returns.

 

Exchanges: Need a different size? Email us with your order number and preferred size, and we'll arrange an exchange (subject to availability).

 

Faulty or incorrect items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including postage costs.

 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
