The Creator
I first became aware of God when I was really young. Both of my parents were Christians, so faith was always part of my life, but some of my earliest memories of God were not actually in church. They were outside. As a kid, I would sometimes get bored and just sit there looking up at the sky for ages, watching the clouds move, noticing the colours changing, and wondering how something so ordinary could still look so incredible. This photo was taken just outside my house, and the clouds legit look like brushstrokes across the sky. Moments like this remind me how much beauty and detail there is in creation, and how it all points back to the Creator. I did not fully understand who God was at the time, but part of me already knew there had to be someone behind it all. And somehow, even before I fully understood Him, He knew me.
"The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork."
Psalm 19:1 ESV
Created By The Creator came from that simple habit. Looking up. Remembering that everything good, every breath, every detail, every piece of creation points back to the Creator.
